A friend of mine let me steal his 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8. We have been driving this thing every where. It has a ton of power and will go go go if you push on it, It handles like a slot car stops on a dime has a very nice radio and is comfortable. I tried to take it back today but he has my truck and he said he just filled it up and didn't want to give it back yet.

So I have to drive it the rest of the week. Test & Tune is at our local drag strip Thursday, I might drive out there and see what's going on

I might get some pics but I'm busy enjoying it right now.

I wondered what the new Challenger drove like. I had an old Challenger back in the day. If you're old enough to remember the old Challenger, then I don't have to tell you the year
The new Challenger is very cool looking. I'm very jealous. Post some pictures when you can!

Me and my son took it to our local drag strip last night, First past out it went a 13.68 @ 102mph.

I let my son go the 1/4 mile for his first time ever and as bad as he wanted he could not best the old man even trying three times. His best was a 13.71 @102.

I think the car will go faster in good air and less heat in the motor.

The best it has ever done was a 14.4 but that's on bis ply tires, They actually do real well. I learned something last time I had the car out. It's far from a race car but I enjoy seeing just what it will do every once and a while. I think that's about all it has in it.
