The theory of Thor bringing back and manufacturing the Carriage can be laid to rest. It ain't going to happen. Thor bought the name "only". A bunch of the old employs bought the rest, and they are now manufacturing their own new unit. Called "Lifestyle".
I happened to be in a dealership buying a new water pump, and they were giving a new owner the PDI on one. Well low and behold if that rig didn't pull into the park here for their over night shake down. It's big, and it's very very impressive!!!!!!

Thanks for the info Lloyd. Maybe you can get a tour. For those of us not as lucky as Old Farmer you can check here. (http://www.lifestylelrv.com/)

My sweetie & I looked at them also. Very nice. I would pick them over our current rig. Just jumped the gun too early. But I'll keep mine for now. All the issues are fixed..

Keith I sent Lloyd a PM reminding him that was on your list. Knowing him he will have all the info. It appears to be a really nice product.

Gball and I went through a LS37CKSL this morning, and we both said it was the best finished coach we had been in.
NO Lippert anything in their rigs. Dexter axles and components. Most everything else is manufactured in house.

very nice looking and well built rig. Sadly it has the weight and price tag to go with it. A quick search showed dry weights in the 12,000-13,800 lb range with dry pin weights of 2300-2900 lbs. I also found some Internet pricing of around $105,000-109,000.Here is a link to the brochure.Edited by: anaro

Ouch, that leaves me WAYYYY out. At that price I would have to full time because I would have to sell the house to buy it...

High price HUH!!! What do you think the price tag was for the former "Carriage" line of fifth wheels.

My 2013 Redwood had 115, 000.00 manufacture price, but we got it for 79, 000.00. Which was a good price. They will knock off too.
