How about this ...I signed up for medicare this year. 
I will also be calling customer service today. I have been trying to schedule maintanance on my Cruiser while at the Factory Rally for the last two months. I have still not received an answer from customer service.

I can't remember who, but I think it was Ralph and Deborah Miller told me that the factory will not do that this year, pm them and ask.
I go on SS in August. Looking forward to the extra $$$.

I wanted to cry today when I realized my 20 yrs of work would be up with this employer in 2030.  add that to turning 40 this year and it made for one unhappy momma.

I called customer service today and low and behold I got Bill Hodge on the phone. He is still with Redwood but is in CS for a while to help out, as I understand it. I was to call him back this afternoon but got busy and did not call. I will call him again tommorrow. 
He also said that there will be a couple of tech's at the factory rally, but they will NOT be doing any maintanance on campers this year. I understand they will be there strictly in an advisory capacity.

What a shame  . My 30 years with my current employer will be up in 2016. One of my sons turns 40 in 4 weeks.
