I have an account, but had a mistaken identity issue with a guy with same name..college student..
.had to explain to my wife of 12 years why a bunch of college girls we're friending me in Michigan..

I occasionally facebook. I did just post the suggestion to update over here and have a factory rep on the board. Judging by the fact they never respond to posts on their page, I would say it probably was a waste of my time. Now, that said, at least the new building is well ventilated to help cool off the customer service reps when dealing with irate customers.

I am still waiting for a service rep to tell me if I can get a tech to look at a warranty issue when I attend the Factory Rally this year. In years past CR has had tech's work on the campers of those who attend the rally. I can not even get someone at CR to agree to have someone look at my problem.
