Dennis, other than the problems with our trailer we had a great time. We met a lot of great people at the park and the weather was not to bad. Sure wish y'all could make it back to the rally this year.

I guess I should write something before posting don't ya know.
Sorry to hear about your RV problems, Keith, but I guess that goes along with RVing but should be held to a minimum.
Would probably be hard to NOT have a good time with the group of people you have there.
George, hope your new RV is good for you. Did you ever get rid of your old one? Seems you did not trade it in.
Probably won't make the rally this time, it's a longgggggg way you know. Had a great time last year.
Happy Trails

Dennis:

We are really enjoying the new 335SS. Lots more room than the 29RK. No problem selling the 29RK. Sold it about 3 weeks after offering it for sale.

George, Glad the new rig is good for you. We like your plan also but no changes for us in the near future. I'm sure your 29RK was in great shape.

Frank, I decided to take a short cut and show you before and after pics of a 1947 Farmall A completed in Sept. Also one group picture. This would be instead of a trip to Texas this year.
Thanks for asking
Dennis

Dennis,
It is admazing on how complete that A was. I know that you spent a lot of hour taking it apart cleaning and reassembling it. How ever I think another trip is due because the Canton market has that old tractor show and swap meet

First thanks for the nice comments. This became myentertainment after retirement from construction and logging equip. service work. Can be a money pit, however.

Frank, you are right it was very complete. I bought it from a family in southern Or. that purchased it new. It had never been off their small farm.

Clif, The Farmall A is an offset tractor designed for row crop cultivating. Because of this it required added weight to the right rear to keep it from tipping overand could be changed around for different wheel widths. Weight could alsobe added depending on traction demands. As far as front weights, theycould also be added to hold the front end down depending on rear attachments. The pic will show the offset
Thanks for the interest
Dennis

When I was kid growing up on the farm, neighbor across the road had one just like it. Brings back memories.

Dennis, Great job. It's good to see this type of restoration so the kids can see what it was like in the good old days.
