We Baby Boomers crowded the schools, drove the music industry, fueled the economy, and now this... no surprise. We will continue to surge ahead, and crowd the nursing homes, run up the market for Depends, and finally, crowd the cemeteries. But it's been one heck of a ride so far!

I manage Siemens Healthcare locations in Elkhart and Mishawaka, IN. We had to resort to offering retention bonuses and that has seemed to work.

With the economy booming the way it has been, there really isn't any surprise that the RV business is booming right along with it.
