We've been under a snow blanket for months down here also. It's just this amount in one dump is not usual at at all.

I'm also in shorts and a tee shirt. It's 80 here in central Virginia now and due to get up to 85 today. Saturday is supposed to be more seasonal with a high in the mid-40s.

Our forecast shows upper 70’s low 80’s for the next 10 days which isn’t unusual here. Hopefully we can get back to the historical average high in the mid 60’s before long.

I guess the folks up north acclimate to the cold like we acclimate to our summer heat and humidity.
