Sunday is the day I to pack up and head home from my weekend camping. We often use a late check out on Sunday so we can enjoy the weekend to the last end. Sometimes we get to use the day for which it came.. A Day of Rest. (just not often enough)

My humble apologies to the gentleman from the Republic and Texas as well as the honorable Frank Henn and all those living south of the Mason-Dixon line.

After rereading my last reply I realize the intent might be misread.I did not mean anything in terms of the outcome of the war only that I did not know about the Confederate Memorial Day. I actually had ancestors fighting on both sides. My maternal great-grandmother hadan old photo in her living room of her uncle or great-uncle (can't remember which) in his confederate uniform and a great aunt of mine had a photo of someone from her side of the family inhis union uniform. Anyway, did not mean to offend anyone.
