TX. flooding

I have been wondering how everybody in southern TX. is being affected by all the weather created by Harvey?
It sure looks tough down there on the news. I can't even imagine what 2 to 4ft. of rain is like.

Having spent 10 days or so down in houston and Galveston...
one thing we noted was to get ANYWHERE you were crossing bridges...

It's SO low already(not new orleans low), but it doesn't take much to flood and the media is not exaggerating this time... it's terrible... prayers go out to all of them..
