Value of used RV's

This will open some eyes.
I think we need more campgrounds.

We have seen that here too. Definitely need more campgrounds as trying to book provincial sites is getting hectic with websites shutting down / locking up due to high traffic.

Hopefully if things ever return to normal or near normal the camping situation will change.

I have noticed in my area some used 2020 campers listed for more than the suggested retail price of a new 2021 camper the same model. Went and looked at one 5th wheel and the owner said the price was needed to pay off his loan. Those 180 month terms look good until you realize the first few years payments are mostly interest. Also they just bought it because they could not fly and "camping" was not for them. Wander how many more like them there are.

Oh the "old"days when you could leave after work Friday and had your choice of spots. There were no reservations - first one there could save the others a few spots and the campgrounds were never full.

I am thinking in a year or so a lot of the “pandemic campers” decide camping is not for them the market will be flooded with used RV’ s.

You can count on that, as they find out how much work it actually is they will be dumping Rv's all over the place. Thinking there is a glut coming.
