Tim, how did you get that (wild game) insignia on the bottom left hand corner of your pic?

That's the brand of the game camera. I usually have several does come thru. This is about 100 yards behind the house. Unusual, but of course deer season is over.

I guess I'm behind times Tim. I have to admit I have never owned or used a game camera.
Those bucks sure do have some nice horns.
Rather unusual to see a bachelor bunch out this time of year isn't it?

George, Have you got your freezer full of bacon and ham?

Barb snapped that picture of the deer out the back window.

Lloyd, Once the rut has past and the hormones have subsided they do tend to travel again in bachelor groups. Unusual to see six of them in my backyard like that but of course hunting season is over and they know it.

George, Pigs are a pain and very destructive. However, those are perfect eating size! I haven't hunted hogs in years but it is fun. Don't wish to see them here though.

Lloyd:

My DW won't let me shoot any of them and they are too smart for our traps. My neighbor and I have had traps set for over 2 weeks and haven't caught a pig yet.

The hog population here is so bad that hunting season on them is 365 days a year any time. They cause all kind of damage from crops to digging into the levies

Although I haven't seen any deer in awhile, and we don't have hogs up here, I did spot this across the field from my house.

This about the 3rd time I've seen this since I've been living here for the past 36 years.
