Website Question

So I have noticed that when looking for campground most rv ask on forums for reviews and photos. I also noticed that there wasn't a site that had both? Being a computer programmer by day I decided to make a site to do this.

On the site a registered user can edit or create a campground, add photos, and leave a review. You can currently only enter 1 review per campground per login. This should help to keep reviewers from trying to pad the stats.

I am currently testing it to make sure I got everything working correctly. I would like for your input on the site and what features this site could use. The site is http://campgroundgallery.com

I appreciate any feedback that you are willing to provide. I think this could be a very helpfull website for campers.Edited by: maskins

Anaro, Thanks for adding the pictures do you remember what the error message was?

Are you a member at Travel Resorts? We have been for several years and really like it there.

We are members, just joined last month. As for the error, it only occured the one time and I think I might have hit the button too many times... it was one of those yellow and white screens but I don't remember what it said. One suggestion though. On the reviews, if you could have it say your review posted. I didn't see anything obvious on the page that let me know my review posted so I clicked twice and then realized my message posted twice (please feel free to remove the extra post).

I think I have fixed that so it shouldn't put the double post again. I also now display a messaging saying that it went in.

Well you see what my camper looks like in my signature. I have only seen one other sunset trail there. Ours has 2 slides, the other one only has 1. Stopy by and say hi.

were you there in february at all? I remember seeing a sunset trail when we were there. I think it was on one of the L sites.

Yup we have been there one weekend this year so far and we were on one of the lake sites. My kids just started playing baseball for the year and my son has practice at Friday nights at 7pm so I don't know how often we will get down there right now because of that.

that seems late for practice but I understand how it goes w/ kids. My daughter is still young so it is just a matter of working it in around DH's and my jobs (both of us have a job that has late nights on certain dates and early days on other days). Other than easter, i am not sure when we will be there because we are going to myrtle beach in june and asheville for 4th of july.
