At the seams on the wallboard we are having staples backing out and pushing the seam tape back. I can push the staples back in but they will not stay. Is anyone else having this problem? Because they are shot into a alum. stud I have not found a way to secure them.

I had the same issue with mine in the bedroom wall. The dealer re-shot staples and hit the stud and re-taped the seam. If you have a staple gun, you might try that.

Stan, re-shot staples sounds like I need to do that as Crossroads dealer is not close. I would think I could rent a gun to shoot the staples? Stan, do you know if the tape can be removed and replaced with the same tape? If I cannot use the same tape maybe I could get tape from Crossroads.

The tape is very sticky, I fixed a strip on mine and it was a bear to remove. I did replace it with new stuff, the dealer had it in stock.

If you do it yourself use a divergent type staple. This is a staple that the points are angle in two different direction. When they are shot in the points will go in different direction, and thus make it harder to pull out

Not sure about the tape as the dealer did it for me. I suspected he reused the same tape. Maybe if you use the wife's hair dryer, it may peel off easier. Ask your friends for a gun. They are pretty common tools to have.
