Both the fan and the awning lights are 12 volt. There are no inline fuses in your RV. Can you tell us, did both of these things go out at the same time?
The first place to look is the fuse panel. There is a row of fuses, check each one, as they are often mis-labeled or used for more than one device.
The awning lights are a very common problem, they burn out very quickly. If you find power to the light, I recommend aftermarket strips.
The fan motor can go bad too. Check for power at the fan. Mine got noisy, I replaced it with a much nicer Maxxair fan.
Let us know what you find, it may help others.
