2011 Frame Warranty?

Does anyone know for sure how long the frame/axle warranty was on 2011 Crossroads 5th Wheels? It seems to me that it was 5 years, but Lippert says 12 months.

Gary, I think around the 2011 time frame they lowered it to 1 year. Prior to that it was 2 years.

WARRANTIES PER PRODUCT LINE - - Based on my 2012 manual. We purchased our Unit in Nov. 2011.

Rushmore 2 + (5 year structural)
Seville 2 + (5 year structural)
Kingston 2 + (5 year structural)
Cruiser 2 + (5 year structural)
Cruiser CTX 2 + (5 year structural)
Zinger 2 year
Zinger Destination 2 year
Sunset Trail 2 year
Hampton 2 year
SlingShot 2 year
*Five year structural warranty is contingent on performance of yearly inspections by a CrossRoads
Certified Dealer and submitting proper documentation to CrossRoads RV Service Department.

We
were told that we had a full 2 year "bumper to bumper warranty" when we purchased the fifth wheel
at Bath Camping World. The axles should have a 2 year
warranty based upon the axle manual.Sticker on the outside of the trailer - one must read the manual to determine the real warranty

What appears to be true.
Frame, Suspension,
Landing Gear, Slide Mech., 18 months until Jan. of 2011 - then 12 months after
- dealer or owner had to contact vendor for repairs.

If you have significant issues they may work with you.

I remember back in the good old days when those warranties were some of the best in the business and made Crossroads stand out among other manufactures. Then Don and Tom came along and cut everything to the bone all in the name of the bottom line and now Crossroads is just like all the other manufactures warrantiesandthe dynamic duowere kicked to the curb.......
