Welcome to the forum. Not my model but usually if you have water to the rest of the camper; shower should be working. Maybe someone else will jump in with more information.

Is there a separate shut-off on the shower wand in addition to the faucets?

There is a shut-off valve at the head of the shower, push it in... or see if you can at least hear something when you turn on a tap

Try removing the shower head and see if there is flow.
