It may have been Randy Nielson or Randy Mishler. I had been in contact with Randy Nielson since early june when our trailer wentback to the local dealer for warranty work requiring the roof to be replaced.
It is still there(11 weeks later)
. The parts required to fix it are averaging 2 weeks from date of order until received.Unfortunately, this has happened 3 separate times that the dealer has had to order more parts. That in combination withlocal dealers shopcutting a panel wrong, not having all the parts to complete, not starting work at agreed upon time etc, has left meunhappy
