What advice would you offer concerning roof repair until we can get home. We were at a stop light and a driver told us that in his rear view mirror he could see the roof bubble up near the air conditioner to the point it was not visible at times. Mobile type RV mechanic near our RV site came & quoted almost $2,000 to repair that portion of the roof. (remove AC, new underlayment etc.) I assume the unit is out of warranty as last Friday was the 2 yr anniversary of our purchase from dealer. Not had any evidence of leaking prior, so this may have happen during this trip. We are not leaving until early August due to work commitment. Just wondering if there are any recalls about roof issues. We were aware of slide problems, but not roof problems.

Sorry to hear that. I'd still call the dealer and let them know. Maybe you can get some financial assistance even though you are out of warranty.

I would say the roof material was not glued down properly, which would indicate faulty workmanship...There might be a clause in the warranty addressing that...The manufacturer of the roof membrane warranty is 10 or 12 years... In any case it is worth checking it out...IMHO...
