I just want to see if this is normal. I knew to expect somethings would need fixed but this takes the cake. We have had our trailer for 5 months and it was built for us after we ordered it. We absolutely LOVE our trailer. We love love love it! Here are a list of what needs/needed replaced/repaired. The jack because it cuts out all the time, the hot water heater had loose wires and they had to take a bunk apart to fix it, the wall in the bedroom is to long and it bows and separates, they have to cut the panel down and reattach it, something was wrong with the fuse box and we lost power to the bathroom and one bunk, they fixed that, the front door was not hung right so the door and the screen constantly catch when completely level, it needs a whole new door/frame kit. We are waiting for the okay to get all of this done. The big one however is the front of the trailer has fallen down on itself slightly. It looks like a dent at the top. It was like that when we got it but I thought it was the angle we were standing. Now you can really tell because it has gotten worse. The dealership says either the brace broke or they forgot to put one in. He thinks they didn't put one in. Anyone else had any problems? Do you think it will affect our trailer structurally?
Not sure if that is important structurally. But the good thing is you're getting everything fixed on the warranty. Keep after them to make sure you get everything fixed to your satisfaction. Take before pics if you can and document everything in writing.

Base on your list, it sounds like you're a very patient owner.
Agree with Mark, document Everything first, including those conversations about no bracing, photos, Time, date, who you talked with, etc.
Hopefully you've got a full list of "bugs" to fix and no more trips to the dealer.
