Hello. Just had the door replaced under warranty at the dealership because it wasn't latching properly. Everything worked perfectly at the shop. Get home, get it leveled, and now the door won't open at all. You get the first initial little pop when you pull the handle and that's it. It was at the dealership for over a month, don't want to wait anymore. Any ideas?

Hello and Welcome.

First a question? How did you level it? Most use blocks under the tires but I have seen some use the jacks to level the camper.

Now a suggestion. If you have the jacks down put them up and then try the door. If one jack is a little too tight it might have the camper in a twist.

One more thing to check is your deadbolt also locked. I ask this because the wife sometimes forgets she locked the lock and the deadbolt. And it does like you described - unlock then the door clicks but will not open - unlock the deadbolt and it opens.

Hope it is something simple. Happy Camping
