Has anyone had the following issue with their slide out? We bought a brand new 2010 in april. We just finished our second trip with the trailer. While doing a walk-a-round, I observed many of the screws holding the slide out in had their heads sheared off. There is now as much as a quarter inch gap at the bottom flange. I am very disappointed. I plan on calling the dealership tomorro. I will try to post pics of it.

Other than that, the trailer seems to function properly. We are as happy as can be. I am somewhat disappointed with the overall lack of craftsmanship, but this is not a dig on crossroads as much as the rv industry as a whole. Ex. look behind any of the cabinet doors, my 5 yr old could have done a better job with the glue gun. Bathroom door, self tapping screws so mis-aligned that it causes the door to jamb, i will stop there.

As an observation. or editorial.. this is our second trailer (first was a wildwood 26bh 2003). I Understand that these RVs are not fine pieces of furniture, but seriously I think the RV manufactures need to up their anty a little more, and give us a better product for the money.

thanks
e

Not sure what screws you are referring to so pictures would help. No major issues with our slides once they were correctly adjusted after purchasing.
