there should be a pipe connecting the hot and cold on the back of the water heater RED & Blue that should be closed and the blue open to allow water in.

The 32q i believe has the water heater opp. side of the awning (road side) find the location out side then go inside. Its under a bed etc. There may be a couple screws to remove to get to it, the panel with match inside wood so you must look close.
