I think I already know the answer but I need to ask anyway.I have a 2010 Cruiser with 30 amp service.I am going to an area that has electric service but they are all 50 amp. Can you get an adapter plug that plugs into the 50 and my cord plugs into that. I have never had to do this before and just wanted to be sure I didn't melt my electric system.

yes you can buy adapters at Rv shops or sometimes Wall marts have them. Some Camp grounds will loan you an adapter during your stay

Supplying appropriate adapters must be a choice with the dealers. We were supplied with a adapers for 50 amp- 30 amp with another 20 amp adapter.

This should be an item that is in your "box of goodies", along with extra power cords, extra sewer hose, the list goes on and on....
