We have a 1995 Suburban K2500, 4x4, 7.4L. almost since new.
My baby, my wife's nightmare. Wish I could show you a pic. All repairs and maint. require 1-ton components so I am curious will this give me 1-ton ratings as far as towing etc.? Pulling a TT 7900 dry and probably 11,000 loaded ( we always travel dry just with the junk). Our older 28 ft TT was 8,000 loaded and no problems. Cannot read sticker on door and manual does not indicate weights etc. Thanks for you input.

At 11,000 you're likely over the rated towing capacity. I think the max is 10,000. You also need to consider GCVWR (combined vehicle/trailer).

I know we are close to the wire but the old girl handles it good. GF chip, new air intake, air bag and away she goes. HP, gas mileage are better and no problems so far and we do appreciate your input.
Thank you. AZ bound!
