AC Help Needed

We are out on our 1st major voyage in our New Slingthot 32QB. Everything is going fine, except that we needed the AC for the first time last night and it does not appear that the AC is producing cold air. We cycled through Auto/Lo/HI on the thermostat and it seemed that no cold air was being produced over 2-3 hours. Outside air temperature was only about 80 degrees. Agian, the fan runs, the microwave works, we are plugged into 30 AMP? What to do? What could be wrong?

Two questions: 1) what temp did you have the thermostat set at? 2) did you select "cool" mode and leave it in that mode for at least 5 sec.?There is an automatic delay every time you switch modes and then the fan will run for a few seconds before the compressor cycles on, so you need to leave it in "cool" mode for awhile, then see if it is working.

We tried several temps, 65 for 1 hour, 72 for one hour. We had it in cool mode (not fan) the entire time. ???
