Howdy
Have a 2009 Cruiser 30sk.
Finally used our air bed & much to our dismay it lost air. Took it home & tried to find the leak to no avail. Curious to know if anyone has had any problems with them. Should be a warranty issue I would want it replaced rather than repaired
due to the fact it came from the factory faulty.
Thanks Cal

Did you check to make sure both the deflate doors were closed completely? The first time I tried mine,I had a door not closed completely.Other than that,I haven't had any problems with it.I think its only been used4-5 times.Beats the pullout bed bars by a bunch.

We had some friends join us for a weekendof camping. They do the crazy tent stuff and their air mattress began to leak around the inflation panel were you can set the pressure. I'm not sure how the air mattress are that CR offers, but if they do have the panel it maybe a checking point with some soapy water.

Also, I have found that a couple pieces of large cardboard between the mattress and hide a bed spring do wonders for softening the spring feeling. I have my cut to length and hide in the sofa bed when not in use.

The first night the air mattress was used in our new CF30QB it had to be refilled in the middle of the night. Since then it's been OK. I don't know if the valve leaked or if the vinyl just stretched out a little with the first use.

We have tried the air bed in our 09 CF30SK three times and it lost air all three times. I have wet wiped all the valves to re-seat them hoping to stop any leaks. Our dealer now has our trailer to take care of several small items to be addressed. The air bed is one of them now that I did force the pump into the recessed pump pocket in the mattress so it canned be filled via the inlet check valve. Glad to hear that you are getting a new replacement. We will see what happens with ours!

Hi, I emailed Crossroads and got a reply from Shannon. The free replacement mattress was delivered today. Once again, Crossroads service is supreme.
