atwood hot water heater acting up

Water heater heats up and shuts off as expected. Starts up in 7 minutes and runs for a few seconds and shuts off This continues for the day. Replaced ECO and thermostats and control board but no changes' What else can I do?

I see you are in Alberta how cold is it there? The water heater just maybe trying to keep up with the outside temp. Also have you tried it on electric if it has that option?

Heater acted up when warm outside(plus 65F) Electric also do not work at all.

You don't say what model water heater you have, and whether or not it's pilot or electronic ignition.
Atwood has a good troubleshooting guide in their website.
There are also a number of good videos on YouTube for troubleshooting.
I would first make sure the main burner tube is clean and free of debris or spider webs. I would be looking at and testing the thermocouple or spark sensor/electrode.
Do you have a clean, blue flame that goes straight out the burner tube, and across the spark sensor?
