Awning remote

We purchased a used private party 2017 Zinger 33sb. Have a remote that will not come on and no charger. Found charger that will fit but nothing so far. Forget it? Or new internal battery? I don’t know what brand or anything it is.

If you suspect it's the battery, you may be able to take it apart and match a new battery with the old battery. First make sure the charger is putting out the proper voltage. Use a volt meter.
