Question Awning track keeps pulling away HELP

I have a 2015 crossroads RFZ27BH and the leading edge of the awning track was pulled away when i took delivery as a new unit. dealer has repaired the leading edge twice and it is starting to pull away again. the rear end of the awning has started to pull away now also and I'm getting pretty concerned. last thing i need is water behind the fiberglass and all the issues that come with that. anyone else have this issue and if so, how was it resolved???

First of all, welcome to the forum from N.C. I would contact the dealer back again and see if Crossroads has a solution to the problem. Sounds like the holes are probably stripped out or they didn't originally hit a stud the first time from the factory. It shouldn't be pulling out the first time; not to mention twice or three times.
