Bal Accu Slide Maintance

Just got my 2015 270BH Sunset Trail back from the Dealer after getting some maintenance done on the unit. One of the issues that I had was the slide out being "jerky" when sliding in and out. This unit has the Bal Accu Slide installed in it and must be a newer style of slide out. The dealer was unaware of how to correct this and called the manufacture. According to Bal, the rollers that are on the bottom of the slide out need to be lubricated using Zep 45 once a year. They recommend using Zep due to it will not stain the floor or carpet. And according to the dealer to access the rollers go under the unit with the slide out in the out positions and go around the seals on the bottom.

it I'll have to try that and add that to my trailer tool box.

Accu Slide, That must be new. I have the schwintek on my 2014.
