Bubbling front camper

So trying to get some feed back to see if I should waste my time with crossroads or file a warranty claim with after market company. So here's what's going on we are 2nd owner of a 2013 Sunset Trails 300 BH. Not only is the front Brown part of camper faded but it is starting to ripple on what would be the drivers side of camper.
From A water leak I have sealed it with silicone and dried it out but im afraid damage is done .we haven't even had it a year yet and other than this issue we are thrilled with our camper. So what are your guys thought on this matter I've seen that we are not the only ones dealing with this issue.

I'm afraid you are SOL. Being the second owner pretty much eliminates ever getting any warranty out of Cross Roads.

You mentioned an after market warranty company. Is that a company you purchased the rig from or possibly a warranty from? If so, you might try them. Also Silicone is not a good product to seal leaks with. It doesn't last long as it peels up.

While traveling this past week, I've seen quite a few TT's with rippled fronts. Seems like it was an industry wide problem. Probably why they changed to fiberglass caps, but unfortunately, many had the fading problem also.

Then you will need to go through the warranty you purchased. Keep us posted.

I'm gonna be surprised if an after market warranty covers structural issues. I've yet to find one that does.

De-lamination is a big issue here on the coast. Our climate allows full time living in an RV. I see units every day that are severely damaged from water leaks.

We lucked out on the fading front cap issue. Ours has been exposed to lots of sun light....but has not faded. I did treat it with Lucas speed wax a couple times.
