Bumper Mounted BBQ
Just picked up our new trailer and it has a BBQ mount on the rear bumper but no BBQ was included.
Does anyone know what type/brand of bbq fits this mount and where I could find one in Canada? 20210504_153258.jpg

This grill is like the one that came with my camper and fits on that mount. https://www.amazon.com/Flame-King-Mounted-BBQ-Adjustable/dp/B00IZCNOXK

Just a quick question - is your camper new? If so check with the dealer they may have forgotten to put it in when you picked it up.
Also if you add a signature with the make, model and year it would help others to better help you.

I was wondering the same thing. I’m actually using the bumper bbq right this minute, but I have a Blackstone griddle that I much more prefer using and would love to use the bumper mount.
So far, the bumper bbq has been a tad irritating. The slightest wind blows out the flame and I have to keep watching and relighting it (Yes, my propane tanks are full and the gas line is working properly).
I would love to switch out the gas connection on my Blackstone to be able to use the factory integrated gas line port for the bumper bbq.

There are many posts on here that show how others have modified that bracket for their preferred grill
You may have to hunt them down

We had the same thing with our new camper. The grill is cheap and not worth the hassle. We took it off and use our Blackstone. You can buy the quick connect hose for the Blackstone on Amazon. We keep ours in the pass-through and set it on a table to use.

My 17 came with the same grill, cheap and didn't last. I replaced it with a Coleman road trip grill - much better! I used the hose connection to the camper, and modified the grill to use the bumper bracket like you have.

My camper is in storage now, I can grab some pics next time I'm there. This is the only pic I have of it. Been using it for about 2 yrs and love it. You can even get accessories: a burner (for a kitchen pot/pan) or a flat griddle.
A pic in my album shows a little of it:
This thread was a big help, I used the same type pipe fittings, but mounted them direct to the bottom of the grill:

We have same bracket and grill on our 2017 Crossroads Sunset Trails 291RK. Bracket is good, grill is OK but cheap. I bought a Weber Q (stole it for $50 really- hardly used) and will make a platform/table to slip over bracket pins. There is already gas line and quick connects at rear corner where outside kitchen is located. I added another quick connect of different size since one there did not fit hose connector. Remember that the grill shouldn't have a regulator because the gas line is fed by a regulator on the front tanks. Double regulators will cause very low gas pressure.

My TT does not have the BBQ, but I ran a new line from my tanks to the side where we set up our table, and our coleman cooktop. we also set up our blackstone next to the table. I gutted an aluminum trailer wiring socket, and attached it to the skirting, and built a small aluminum box to attach behind it to hold the slack in the line. Now when I need the gas, I lift the socket, and pull out the hose, and attach it to either appliance as needed. the end has a standard M20?? connection (1 lb bottle type). I also have an extension for it that has the standard 20 lb connection to use with my Bayou classic deep fryer.

I grabbed some pics at the camper this weekend. I used a couple plumbing fittings (I think it's 1/2" metal pipe) and drilled holes into the lower frame on the grill and riveted it together. Works great, it's a good grill for my family of 6 and seems like it will last a long time.

Propanegear.com has a hose and coupling. Funny thing is that the quick connect for the stove is a different size than the coupling for the grill( at least on mine). The one I ordered fits the quick connect for the grill.
