My wife & I would like to know if we can purchase a Cruier direct ftom the factory, and if so does it ruin the warranty.another ? is can we take it to our local dealer if we have problems would the price be chaeper at the factory than st local dealer
You must buy thru a dealer, but if you want to make the trip and visit the factory plus spend some time in Amish country, then order the unit thru Wana RV in Shipshewana (sp?). They are like 7 miles from the factory and they know what latest features and options are available.

Almost all the RV brochures we have from different manufacturers have a "Buy Local" statement. RV dealers are not like car dealers. If you find a great deal 300 miles away and you take it to a dealer 10 miles away for warranty service, they will likely ask you to pay for the repairs or advise you to take it back to where you purchased it.
