Cable hookup

We just moved to a new location yesterday, from another ground where both tvs worked. The bedroom tv found all of the channels but the living room tv is not. Help!

Sounds like it's not set to the correct input, cable or antenna, if it worked before. If you went from antenna to cable turn off the antenna booster.

No it is set as cable, and was set as cable previously. The bedroom tv will work so I'm assuming it's not the outside cord.

Did you rescan the channels on the tv, you have to do that every time you relocate. If so sounds like something came loose.

Yes we have rescanned! That's the only thing I can think of is something being loose, and I'm not sure where to even start there

Check the cable behind the cable booster. Sometimes is loosens up. Also make sure you don't have the booster button turned on. It may be possible that the booster may be bad. Here's a pic of the back of the booster.

Something came loose

My HC32RL is currently at ExploreUSA for warranty work. One item was no cable signal...they said all they had to do was remove a wall plate and tighten the connection. Good luck!

Check the cable connectors...CR uses screw on connectors (crap)...

Mine did something similar and I found the wall plate booster went bad.

About $30 for a replacement.
