CAUTION Concerning range exhaust fan!!!

This was our second season with our Z-1, 328SB. Recently, while cooking with the exhaust fan on we noticed small bits of metal falling onto the range top and our cooking food. Later I removed the filter for the fan and metal pieces fell everywhere and the metal box that contains the fan was full of them. These are bits of aluminum from when the fan was installed and the sidewall was cut out for the exhaust louver. The installer failed to clean or vacuum them out. When the fan was on the bits of metal would blow around and fall out. I could also see the pieces when looking into the clear lens where the fan light is (see photos). I've been cleaning up saw dust and other debris through out the RV since it was new but this is totally unacceptable. Can you imagine biting into or swallowing these sharp pieces of metal?
