OK here's a real newbie question...I seem to have two city water hookups. One is in the basement area and uses a standard garden hose type hookup. The other is a weird looking plastic connection at the rear of the 5er. I assume the hose connection is the proper one for pressurized water to the 5er...what is the other one for?

Thanks,

Is it where you can pour, or fill by hose, directley into the fress water tank? For instance, you can fill the fresh water tank from there before you leave home, in case your destination does not have water hook up?

On my camper the rear white cap opening is for filling the fresh water tank. The one in the basement is the city water hookup. The other in the basement is for flushing the black water tank. The ones in the basement should be labled. There is also a drain most likely hanging down under the bottom in the rear which is a fresh water drain.Mine has a white plastic cap on it.

Where did you buy your Cruiser? You should have been shown the water intakes, fan settings, low point drains, etc. during the PDI.

I thought that I had video taped the whole walk-through. Somehow I managed to miss a couple of things and that was one of them. It would seem that I should have remembered something like that but I'm retired and I don't remember anything, that's why I video taped it!!!
