combined weight registration in pa help

How many in Pa have registered their truck with a combination registration for their over 10,000 lbs? How many have had trouble with the Pa State Police with this? I have been using a class 3 for $155 per year. It looks like I will need to pay $355 per year to cover 21,000 lbs.

Might be cheaper to rent a mailbox at a mailbox etc. type of place and have that become your place of business or home to re-registar your vehicles.

I pay for the "c" weight rating on my truck, but being I have personalized plates I have no place to place the "c" sticker, so I keep the sticker in my truck, but not presented on the plate. I have never been stopped with or without the trailer attached and my truck is clearly over the weight minimium even dry.
