On August 24, 2011 I sent an e-mail to Crossroads customer service asking about if I could buy the upgrade Euro Style Chairs from them.

I received a response today Oct 12, 2011 stating they can no longer purchase those chairs and if I had any more questions I could e-mail or call..

Not exactly a rapid response group up there...

Seems like a long time not to hear anything.

You may do better shopping around at a furniture store some better quality chairs anyway, where you can touch and see the quality.l

I agree with the above, the selection and quality will be so much better. Just do an internet search for RV furniture.

I would check LazyBoy for recliners. They have smaller chairs and most of the models have removable backs which would make it easier to get the chairinto the RV.

I emailed them with a technical question and heard back within the week. (It was a simple question but I guess it took that long to find a tech rep, ask a question, get an answer and formulate an email to me)
