Wondering if any new Crossroads owners have recieved their customer care kits? We purchased in August, and are still waiting.
I did call in November, and was told they were still working on the kits. Seems strange they would not have them ready to go before they advertised about it.

Peter,
I could be all wet here but from everything I have read, and talking to my dealer...any CR units built prior to September 1, 2012 are all covered under the old 2 year warranty. Which means you are not eligible for the Customer Care Kit. The good news is you have one year of warranty more than you thought you did. Hope this helps.

Thanks Jim, it's all very confusing. I have a Z1, which I believe is only a 1 yr warranty, but it was built before Sept. Maybe I don't get either, lol. The dealer had no idea what the kit was when I asked, and CR said I would get one as soon as they are ready.
I'm not really sure whats up.

No, it is not confusing, don't think like that. It is one or the other. When I went to my dealers in October and we talked about the new warranty, he told me hehad been to Shipshwena to discuss it and the Customer Care Package. But, he said to me, and as he showed me, all the units he had in stock had the 2+5 warranty seal on the side by the door. If you have that on your unit you indeed have the 2 year warranty. So, look at your unit and if you have the seal on the side then you have 2 years, otherwise I would contact CR to find out.
