Like most here I have had great customer service from my RV dealer, including warranty repairs.
The real test is an emergency warranty repair when you're on the road. Â*Unfortunately I had such an experience this past summer when a water line connection at the hot water by pass became disconnected and water flooded the trailer. Â*Took the repair man alot of time to locate the source of our flood, remove the wet insulation and get us buttoned up. Â*Crossroads stepped to the plate, authorized a mobile repair facility to come out and take care of the problem so that I could finish my trip and have full use of my trailer. Â* They continued by taking care of the expense of replacing the insulation and buttoning it back up. Â*I don't know how they could have done more or done better. Â*Simply Outstanding Customer Service!
