I really just have to say how greatful I am to have had great service from Crossroads...They are tops in my book!

When we decided to trade up, warranty service was one of our purchasing factors and we heard good things about Crossroads.

We've only had one warranty issue which caused considerable damage to our 5vr. Crossroadsproperly repairedthe faultas well as the damage it caused without question. That's the kind of service that I expect and I got it. In my book, Crossroads is #1 in customer support.

Same here..shortly after buying my CR29RK from Chesapeake RV Solutions, in VA, I took the camper to a local facility in PA to have a state inspection sticker put on. The mechanic found a shock absorber bracket fail. Long story short, Crossroads paid the fee to reweld it to the frame and set up an appointment with Lippert to have the other 3 welded properly. Also, Chesapeake RV solutions has taken care of some minor issues, even after the warranty haqs expired.

Like most here I have had great customer service from my RV dealer, including warranty repairs.

The real test is an emergency warranty repair when you're on the road. Â*Unfortunately I had such an experience this past summer when a water line connection at the hot water by pass became disconnected and water flooded the trailer. Â*Took the repair man alot of time to locate the source of our flood, remove the wet insulation and get us buttoned up. Â*Crossroads stepped to the plate, authorized a mobile repair facility to come out and take care of the problem so that I could finish my trip and have full use of my trailer. Â* They continued by taking care of the expense of replacing the insulation and buttoning it back up. Â*I don't know how they could have done more or done better. Â*Simply Outstanding Customer Service!

A-men, I had a crack in bedroom slide once our dealer took pics & sent them to CrossRoads it took about 3 days to get the fix OKed under warranty! Great service, great people!

We are out of warranty but I still call on CR for various issues....they are ALWAYS there.



You will not find a better customer service approach in the industry.
