I have sent many emails to the folks over at CR's and have no response!

Now I have to call and be one of those pain in the ass customers.

when I called the customer service, I was treated very well and they took care of my issue.

We dealt with Bill Hodge twice, he was great to work with. If its warranty have your VIN number ready and they will document any issues.

Emails are basically indirect contact. They are just not reliable for a multitude of reasons . You want a responce CALL! On another recent post here it stated Bill was starting a new job so he is probably not available.Edited by: socoguy

I prefer e-mail for one simple reason. I have written proof of what was said.

Good point Cliff but it only works if you get a responce. Many here are complaining of a lack of responce to thier email inquires.
