Dual AC Funtions

We recently purchased a 2020 Cameo 3801RK fifth wheel with dual 1500 BTU Colman AC units. What we have noticed is that the units will not blow throughout the coach, the living area only blow in the living area; the bedroom area blows only in the bedroom and bath area. The dealer told us that this is by design. Is that correct? What do you do when only 30 amp service is available?
All previously owned units, either AC blew throughout the trailer ductwork.

I don't know if this will make a difference, but are the AC units on separate circuits.??? Also are they controlled separately, or are both in separate zones on your thermostat.???

We have a 2020 3801rk. It has two separate thermostats. Only the living room will control the furnace. If you are only on 30 amp then you choose which to run. This model is called a couples coach and guess they expect the couple to be in the same room. Only other thing you could do is put a hard start capacitor on both ac and hope they dont both kick on at the same time. Ours has the residential fridge on an inverter. We just run one ac at a time on 30 amp.

Dual AC common ducting

Our Crossroads Dealer was able to join the ducts so that AC in MBR can feed entire trailer. The AC in main cabin can do the same. Both have separate (on/off) temperature controls.

Your dealer is either lazy or incompetent - they can be joined.
