E7 Message

Howdy,
Just purchased a Cross Roads Rv, HCT32RL13. Planning on going to a camp site with no power. I have the RV set up now and am running a Honda 3000 is generator. Every time I try and turn on the AC, I get a E7 message on the thermostat? It has two ac units, two zones, I have zone 2 turned off. Any help would be great, thanks.

I just googled "RV AC E7 message " and got alot of answers...120 v interruption somewhere. could be anywhere from gen to ac unit .
good luck ....probably a connection not tightened from the get go.

It is disappointing, and impolite, when new members join, ask a question, then never get back to let us know.
