electrictal help needed

Need help with electrical tongue jack. I have a 2013 ST26bh. Just got back from a trip and found the ext/retract switch would not retract. Button would not press in. Ordered new switch from Lipper and before removing old switch made a drawing of the four wires. When I tried the new on it keeps blowing a 30 amp fuse to the jack. Checked the wiring and didn't find a problem. I may have marked the wires wrong. (Go figure) I can't list the mfg number because someone painted over the sticker. Is there anyone out there who can tell me the correct wiring? There are two red, one with blue insulator and clear. Two black wires, one with blue and the other is clear. Thanks.

Two of the wires should have 12v the other two should come from the motor
Check voltage with a volt ohm meter or a test light

Thanks TDG for the reply and also to those who were thinking of my problem. You gotta love the internet=found a wiring for the switch on Libbert information. Rechecked my wiring against the drawing I made and found out I better not quite my day job - if I had one (I'm retired). Off to Checker to buy some 30 amp fuses in the morning as the problem has been solved.
