We have a new Cruiser Aire 29RK that we are thoroughly enjoying. My beef is the entry door drags so bad on the latch side that is is about impossible to close the door from the inside. We are concerned that we will break the inside mechanism pulling on it so hard.

Dust and dirt gets in there. Mine does it too so every once in a while I will spray some lube like WD40 in there. It’s good for a couple of months. Closes with the push of the finger or a one finger pull.
I had to adjust the latch hole on the wall side on ours when it was new. Had to take a file to it so it would actually close easier. If new take it back under warranty. I worked on mine myself because I don’t think people care or have any pride in their work and I wanted it fixed right the first time

Same here, had to make an adjustment to the latch catch, also oil ours regularly, and added a nice little brass knob to the inside screen door to assist when closing from the inside. It's probably safe to say we all rework everything that was never done right since it was built from day one. The old saying goes, ''just cause it was once new, doesn't mean it was ever right ! lol.
Fed up with slamming the door. Took my 4 pound hammer and a solid block of wood and started tapping away. 5 minutes later lower hinge was "adjusted" so the door didn't drag against the jam!!! /thank goodness for You Tube!!!
