We made it to the Crossroads factory yesterday, 6-10-12, at about 3::15pm. They looked at the damage and said that they could have it done the next day if Lippert could get the frame work completed. We camped overnight, across the street, at a place Crossroads proves for customers then dropped the 5er at the factory at 07:30am this morning. Within minutes they were working on it and I was incredibly impressed with the amount of work they got done in a short period of time. Unfortunately Lippert did not have any of the sheet metal panels we needed already made up. So, we left the 5er at the factory. If Lippert comes through we will be able to pick it up on Friday or Saturday. If Lippert had the panel available we would have had one day, in-and-out service!!! That is incredible considering that they practically had to disassemble the whole front end of the 5er. Large panels of the exterior skin were laying all over the place! Their craftsmen are VERY talented! Andy, Randy, Gary, David and Tom from the service department were fantastic to work with and as nice a people as you would ever want to meet. I am very pleased that I bought a Crossroads product.
