We just got back to our campground after a wonderful day at the Crossroads Cruiser factory. We had a few small warranty issues we needed to have fixed and while there got to tour the Cruiser manufacturing area. Everything I've heard and read about the Cruiser folks are totally true. Randy treated us like gold, he and his crew fixed everything to oursatisfactionand even went beyond. It is so sad that more companies don't treat their customers like this. We will be long time customers and advocates for Crossroads trailers.
The tour was very interesting and very pleased with the quality we saw being built into their products. We didn't get into the assembly area until after 2:00 and all the workers were gone. The reason? They are mostly Amish and work from 5:00 or 6:00AM in the morning until 2:00 in the afternoon when they have to go home and tend the farms. Great workers with a wonderful work ethic, doesn't get much better than that.
If you're ever in the Topeka, Indiana area we'd highly suggest taking a tour.
