Fading front cap on 2016 hill country / sunset trail

Hello everyone,
This is my first time to post on here but I have a serious question regarding the front cap of my 2016 Hill Country 33BD. Over the past couple of months I have seen it fade horribly. I took it to East Texas in March and up to that point I had it covered at least 75% of the time. I noticed it just a little as I was pulling it down the road back then and now it's awful and need to know what can be done about it. Please help if you can.
Thanks!

Paint is the only cure I've seen. Our Rushmore front cap has held up pretty well, but I notice it is fading now.

Industry wide problem. If still under warranty, take pics, contact your dealer, and send copy to Crossroads warranty service. Like said. Paint job is the only answer that will last.

That's kinda what I thought!
I can't believe that the paint is breaking down quicker than the decals! Something has to be done about it at a factory level because it's such a problem.
Thank you very much

It is not paint , it's fibreglass gel coat just like a boat . They wil hopefully paint it with car paint , like most of us have had done.

Ok so I just received my answer to this problem of our fading gel coat front cap and I'm not happy at all. I'm glad Cross Roads/Keystone considered fixing it but to me if you are going to acknowledge the problem of the defect then the manufacture should back it up and fix it instead of giving me an estimate of $2995 and covering $1700 of the cost and sticking the rest with me! This is unacceptable to me and will continue talking with the dealership about it. I will keep you posted as it progresses.

Who did you speak to at Crossroads? Could you email me their information so I can contact them.. The dealership that we purchased ours from is working with me a little but I would like to speak to someone at the manufacturer level.
Thanks

Who did you speak to at Crossroads and could I please get their information so that I can contact them about our unit.. It's been like pulling teeth at our dealership and they are working with me but I'd prefer to talk with the manufacturer myself.
Thanks

For $3000 I'd assume they are going to replace the front cap, if so it will fade again. The best solution is automotive paint. I'd talk to a couple body shops myself & get estimates to paint it & submit them along with pictures of the fading to your dealer & to CR & document, document, document every email, phone call or in person with dealer rep. Don't accept anything but painting!

Thanks for the response, They are actually going to repaint and replace decals. I'm still waiting to see what they are going to come up with to help bring the costs down or pay for it all together.
Needless to say what ever they do, it has not been the best experience. The customer shouldn't have to pay for the poor quality and material.

3000 seems high as mine was done for 1800 Canadian , but that was 3 yrs ago. And the decal was supplied by cr. Take it to a body shop with a big booth and compare.

Explore USA here in Fort Worth was able to get it down to $2250 but Crossroads wouldn't budge at $1750 because that's company policy. The painter is next door to the dealership and I'm just going to eat the $500 because I know the company well and they do good work.

I know of 2-3 that have had theirs painted & their dealer wanted them to leave the rv til the decals came in, which who knows how long that could take, so they opted to go without decals & liked the looks without so told the dealer to forget the decals.
