I just received a warranty response from a fiberglass issue. The fiberglass is delaminating from the trailer and Crossroads wants me to travel 1300 miles to take the trailer back to them so they can rework it. The dealer will not return the trailer to the manufacturer. Has anyone had a similiar issue and looking for input.
Thanks for the input, I called Crossroads and spoke to customer service, they said randy would call me yesterday but no response then or today, they used to pay for one return trip but for some reason are discriminating again me and saying that they now will not pick up trailer like they did for everyone else with the problem.

Sounds like your dealer is the issue as Crossroads has offered to fix the condition. You can call Randy at the service center, go to www.crossroadsrv.com and it flashed across the top of the page.

Talk to Randy, if the trailer is under warranty they may have someone pick it up and bring it to the factory to have it repaired. We have some friends who had that option on their Cruiser for the same type issue.

Maybe if nothing else they can direct you to some one to bring it back to them, I imagain that the guys hauling these out come back empty and would haul it at a much cheaper rate than you could. Then you would only be making one trip to go get the finished camper. I would inspect and not take off the lot until you are happy. I'm sure that would not be an issue though.
