not sure if it will work for you, but when we were in the market for a cruiser we looked at a used one (2 or 3 yrs old) and it had a squeak in the floor. We found it from underneath in the front storage area. It seemed that the floor was slightly warped and there was a gap between the aluminum framing and the floor board. I thought that a simple wedge jammed in there would do the trick.
Maybe some others will have better solutions.....

We also have a squeak in the bedroom floor. If I ever get around to it, I'm going to lift the carpet and put some screws down thru the floor and catch the aluminum floor joist.
I did what Old Farmer suggested, in the upper bedroom we had a squeak. I lifted the carpet (just a rolled stapled edge from the factory) and used course thread self tapping screws. I grabbed the pneaumatic stapler and re-did the rolled edge. About an hours job and no one knew except me and the wife. No more squeak!

I once had a squeak that was my fault, I added a support for a tv and screwed a L bracket to floor joist. Have you added anything under? Good luck finding and repairing.
